If I were Gucci, I’d be pretty miffed about Nordstrom’s decision to carry an exact same version of the fancy Gucci Bamboo Daily Bag in- store. This bag under the label Carla Ferreri looks exactly like the Gucci version, only obviously Gucci’s bag is of far more superior quality.
The abovementioned designer might say her bag is inspired by Gucci, but I think there is a verrrry biiig difference between “inspired by” and “directly copied from” and from the looks of the bag above, it is a direct copy of Quality Gucci’s Bamboo Daily Bag.
I might have understood if discount retailers Ross or TJ Maxx carried the Carla Ferreri bag . Thing is, Nordstrom has a Gucci boutique within some of its department stores. And even if the company says its discount division operates separately, the parent company.is still Nordstrom.
